Our team is looking for a
Customer Service Representative (Spares) to join them. You will report to the
Business Unit Leader and will have an
onsite work structure in
Chatsworth, CA. To be considered for the Customer Service Representative opening, here's what you'll need to bring with you: - HS diploma preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Strong experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a positive, customer-first attitude
As a Customer Service Representative, you will: - Responsible for providing and maintaining customer satisfaction by establishing a professional and positive relationship with customers throughout the entire process of quoting, order entry, and delivery of products and/or services
- Coordinate individual customer accounts and provide support by researching, investigating and responding to status inquiries of productions scheduling, shipping information, and delivery problems
- Be highly involved in vetting new accounts and managing small accounts
- Assist with other areas of the department such as Quote Processors, Quote Administrators, Contract Administrators, and special projects
- Attend regular operation meetings to obtain information about backlogged orders
- Provide accurate documentation in accordance with EAR and ITAR Regulations for international shipments

Compensation Range: - $25 - $28/hour, based on experience
