Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and committed to delivering excellent support.Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers accurately
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role or similar position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Proficient with customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
