Salary: $45,000 - $52,000 per year

We are looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and committed to delivering excellent support.Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers accurately
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role or similar position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Proficient with customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
