Opportunity: 3-month contract (with potential extension)
Compensation: $20-22/hour
Location: On-site - Charlotte, NC
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls according to established procedures and performance standards.
- Create work orders and capture structured data for each issue in order to provide audit trails and statistical analysis.
- Process and respond to emails according to standard procedures.
- Perform other team-specific tasks as assigned.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Payroll processing knowledge preferred.
- SAP experience preferred.
