Responsibilities

As a CSR/Dispatcher, you will:
  • Customer Support: Answer incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and schedule appointments promptly and professionally.
  • Dispatching: Assign jobs to technicians based on location, expertise, and urgency, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Scheduling: Manage daily schedules for technicians, optimizing routes and minimizing downtime.
  • Communication: Act as the main point of contact between customers and technicians, keeping everyone informed and updated.
  • Data Entry: Accurately record job details in our ServiceTitan system, maintaining clear and organized records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with office staff and technicians to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in customer service, dispatching, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with scheduling or CRM software like ServiceTitan is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Base Pay: $20/hourly
  • Performance Pay: Earn additional bonuses for meeting goals, such as booking a set number of appointments per week or helping technicians meet revenue targets.

Work Schedule
  • Full-time position.
  • Monday through Friday with occasional weekend shifts as needed.
Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
