Job Duties: Answering inbound/outbound calls (40/day, double during busy season) Respond to email and chat inquiries (60/day, double during busy season) Placing orders for customers Handling refunds Answer questions related to payments, products, refunds Ideal Candidate: Seeking candidates who are reliable, excellent communicators, willing to learn Some college coursework preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Office exp
