Customer Service Representative to join their team.
This is an onsite/full-time/direct-hire positionHourly range based on experience: $18-$20/HRSUMMARY The Customer Service position requires a dynamic personality, strong phone skills, detail-oriented, order processing, and servicing customers accurately and efficiently.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Answer and service inbound calls from existing retail accounts.
- Order processing with accuracy and efficiency.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Learn and maintain current brand, product, and industry knowledge.
- Works well in a team environment, sharing a common goal.
- General customer service duties.
- Assist throughout the office as necessary

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS - Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and be results-oriented.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to interact with customers over the phone and via email.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
EXPERIENCE - Customer service, phones, inside sales, or retail jewelry experience is a plus.
