Customer Service Representative

HIRING ASAP POSITION STARTING 4/22 - OFFERS WILL BE EXTENDED NO LATER THAN 4/15
3 week training period M-F 8:30am-5pm
after training , shift will be scheduled between 8am-8pm with occasional Saturdays
ADMINISTRATION:
- Ensure knowledge and compliance with Northwest products, policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Meet productivity, scheduling, and attendance standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and achieve Contact Center performance standards.
- Serve as a Contact Center orientation trainer.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
- Efficiently identify and resolve customer problems.
- Gather and analyze information to develop solutions.
- Manage difficult customer situations and respond promptly to needs.
- Educate clients on Northwest products/services.
- Demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness, and excellent listening skills.
- Establish collaborative customer relationships and aim for First Call Resolution.
- Use established call policies, procedures, and scripts appropriately.
ELECTRONIC DELIVERY CHANNEL SUPPORT:
- Provide support for Northwest technical products and services.
- Troubleshoot online access issues and understand computer, mobile app, and bill pay systems.
- Proficient in debit and credit card systems and Northwest's automated system.
OUTBOUND CALL CAMPAIGNS:
- Make outbound calls efficiently and document results as instructed.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
