Responsibilities: - Be the friendly voice for our customers via phone and email.
- Assist with placing orders, answering product questions, and resolving delivery or return issues.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Handle off-phone tasks assigned by your manager.
- Meet or exceed customer service metrics.
- Ensure every customer interaction ends with a smile and a solution.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
