Schedule: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
Pay: $16/hr.
Daily tasks:
This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service both externally and internally. Externally, it involves professionally greeting and assisting customers, managing patient orders, resolving issues such as returns and shipping complaints, and providing training on medical devices. Timely communication via phone, voicemail, and email is essential. Internally, the position requires collaboration across departments, resolving interdepartmental issues, and promoting a courteous and professional work environment. Additional responsibilities include database management, completing related paperwork, implementing best practices to improve customer satisfaction, and supporting special projects as assigned.
Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
