Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Pay: up to $23/hr

Customer Service Representative Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Support a small manufacturing company in Bristol. Work directly with the business owner.

Customer Service Representative Main Responsibilities:

- Taking payments and purchase orders via phone

- Confirming customer order details

- Following up with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction

- Answering and making inbound and outbound calls

Customer Service Representative Minimum Requirements:

- High School Diploma required

- Some college preferred

- Computer and technologically savvy

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience within a manufacturing company preferred
