The Customer Service Representative Scheduler Position The Customer Service Representative Scheduler is responsible for coordinating pre-installation inspections and scheduling installations while ensuring excellent customer communication. Customer Service Representative Schedulers key responsibilities include contacting customers to schedule pre-installing inspections and installations, maintaining consistent communication, providing installation instructions including preparation details and payment reminders, and documenting all customer interactions.
The Customer Service Representative Scheduler works meticulously to keep schedules, calendars, and paperwork accurately updated, communicates schedule changes to the warehouse and crew leads, and ensures all paperwork is properly documented for each project.
Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities for the Customer Service Representative Scheduler - High school diploma or equivalent, required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to schedule changes
- Proficiency in scheduling software (Leap, Outlook) is preferred
- Previous experience in scheduling, customer service, or a related field preferred
Compensation and Benefits for the Customer Service Representative Scheduler This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate. The compensation package also includes health benefits, 401K, and paid time off.
