The Customer Service Representative-Closer Position The Customer Service Representative-Closer plays a crucial role in finalizing installation paperwork, processing payments, updating internal systems, and ensuring that all post-installation tasks are completed efficiently. The Customer Service Representative-Closer's key responsibilities include processing and reviewing installation paperwork by retrieving and organizing paperwork from completed installations. This position updates internal systems (Leap & Accounting) with completed job information and handles payments and service requests.
The Customer Service Representative-Closer maintains accurate service records, updates progress boards and files completed service jobs. The position coordinates with internal teams to distribute paperwork to the appropriate departments and works closely with team members to address any issues and permit-related tasks.
Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities for the Customer Service Representative-Closer Position - High school diploma or equivalent, required
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and data entry skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and manage a high volume of paperwork
- Proficiency in scheduling software (Leap, Outlook) is preferred
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate scheduling and documentation software
- Previous experience in scheduling, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Ability to handle customer feedback, including difficult conversations, with professionalism and patience
Compensation and Benefits for the Customer Service Representative-Closer Position This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate. The compensation package also includes health benefits, 401K, and paid time off.
