Our Transportation Software Company is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative for a Remote position.
Job Summary:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and assistance. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to user questions. Assist users by troubleshooting problems with
computer hardware or software and answering questions.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with other departments and guide users through diagnostic processes to resolve
system issues while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Arrange service by software or hardware vendors to repair or replace defective products.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as necessary.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service processes and procedures.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have ability to communicate effectively and work under pressure to meet deadlines while
maintaining a positive attitude.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Must have excellent computer proficiency and knowledge of technology.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently.
- A reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet environment for remote work.

Working hours are Mon Fri 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a 1-hour lunch.
Pay $15.00 per hour
