Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Our client is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to help them achieve this goal.
Responsibilities:
- Communication: Engage with new, existing, and potential customers regularly via email, phone, and chat, directing them to the appropriate resources to enhance satisfaction.
- Front-Line Contact: Serve as a professional point of contact for ID&C customers and clients.
- Customer Service: Handle customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and escalate to the appropriate team member when necessary.
- Order Entry: Perform data entry for orders ready to be processed, as well as new orders from existing clients.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire a high level of product knowledge through training to better assist customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience with orders.
