Full-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) Location: Boulder, Colorado Schedule: Full-Time, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Compensation: $20-26 per hour (based on experience)
Job Summary: Canyone Plumbing & Heating is seeking a professional, detail-oriented
Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will work closely under the direction of our Dispatcher/Office Manager to support scheduling, customer communication, and office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, Phone and email etiquette is a requirement.
- Book service appointments based on dispatcher guidance and technician availability.
- Perform appointment confirmations and customer follow-ups.
- Accurately enter and update customer information in our system.
- Assist the Dispatcher/Office Manager with scheduling adjustments, reschedules, and customer updates.
- Resolve minor customer concerns or escalate issues to the Dispatcher/Office Manager when necessary.
- Complete light office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Maintain a positive and courteous attitude with customers, technicians, and coworkers.
- Follow company policies and procedures and support office goals.
Skills and Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction carefully.
- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Professional, positive attitude and willingness to be a team player.
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior administrative, office, and/or call center experience required.
- Experience with HouseCall Pro & Grasshopper software is a plus but not required.
- Dispatching experience is a plus.
- Ability to commute to Boulder office.
