Our client in Boston is seeking customer service and administrative support for a renewable energy tracking system. The role includes assisting system owners with registration, troubleshooting production reporting issues, and ensuring accurate data entry. Responsibilities also include processing system updates, collaborating with staff on renewable energy system registrations, and resolving customer inquiries. The ideal candidate has strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with experience in customer service and project administration. An associate degree or equivalent experience is required, and familiarity with Zendesk or the renewable energy sector is a plus. The job starts as soon as possible and lasts at least three months with potential for extension and offers $22-$24 per hour. Qualified candidates encouraged to apply for immediate consideration.
