About the Role: The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty within the Non-Durable Goods Manufacturing industry. This position is responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders efficiently and accurately. The representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with timely information and support. By maintaining a positive attitude and effective communication, the representative will help foster strong relationships with customers. Ultimately, the goal of this role is to enhance the overall customer experience and contribute to the company's success through exceptional service.
Minimum Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in the Non-Durable Goods Manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders and manage customer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers, ensuring a high level of service.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and to improve service delivery.
Skills: The required skills are essential for daily interactions with customers, as representatives must effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
