Master Maintenance National, a Servis Group Company, is seeking Customer Service Representative to become a part of our team. These responsibilities include managing a high call volume, scheduling appointments, providing administrative support to vendors, responding to customer inquiries, escalating customer issues, and following up with customers to ensure resolutions.
Starting Rate of Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour with the potential of an increase after (30) days (Based on Performance)
Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:30 am - 4:30 pm) May need to flex one day a week to 11:00am - 7:00PM
Customer Service Representative Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Able to utilize Service Channel to schedule appointments
- Follow up on past due invoices/accounts receivable
- Monitor email and respond in a time efficient manger
- Data entry
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Follow up to ensure any concerns are resolved
- Perform other duties as assigned
Customer Service Representative Skills: - Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills (Outlook, excel, work)
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check
