Service Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
Seeking a friendly, reliable, self motivated individual who can multi-task and work well with others to fill a full time position in the service department at Thelen Honda. The BDC representative is the first point of contact for customers when calling our dealership.
Responsibilities include:
- Receive inbound calls from current and potential customers
- Place outbound calls
- Calling customers with service leads to gain new business
- Assist customers with scheduling service appointments
- Ask qualifying questions on inbound calls for appointments to gather as much information as possible for service appointments
- Set and confirm daily appointments to provide customers with the best experience possible.
- Communicate with service advisors and management to ensure all information is accurate and passed along.
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Routine filing of paperwork
Qualifications:
- Ability to multi-task
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer Service
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Previous automotive industry experience not required
