Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-ins, appointments, and returning customers in a friendly manner
- input documentation and follow-up with customers as needed
- Assist fellow staff members with customer scheduling, invoicing, accounts payable and other clerical accounting functions as needed
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
- Answer phone calls and return customer calls
