Type: Temp to hire
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Hours: Mon - Fri, 8 am to 5 pm
Why You'll Love This Role: - Manage Repairs: Oversee the entire repair process from customer request to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Coordinate with Repair Technicians: Prioritize repair tasks and manage schedules to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and deadlines.
- Problem Resolution: Lead efforts to resolve issues related to capacity, material constraints, customer concerns, and urgent repair needs.
- Order Processing: Complete and manage repair orders, including service orders, sales orders, and service notifications, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing.
- KPI Support and Improvement: Run reports, analyze data, and recommend process changes to improve KPI delivery and participate in improvement activities to meet or exceed service goals.
What We're Looking For: - Experience: 2 to 5 years of customer service experience, including managing customer property returns and coordinating repairs.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of logistics and repair coordination processes.
- Analytical Abilities: Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach and a drive for process improvement.
- Communication: Effective communicator across various levels within the organization, including customers, repair technicians, and other personnel.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize and manage workload through fluctuating volume periods.
- Self-Motivation: Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, ownership, and collaboration within and beyond the team.
- Attention to Detail: Minimal history of errors and holds self and others accountable for high performance standards.

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
