What you will do:
- Manage all digital contact channels for outbound Customer Service Representative (CSR) communications, including Hatch, LSA Leads, and Angi Leads, ensuring timely and effective engagement.
- Provide immediate response to inbound digital leads to maximize conversion into booked jobs.
- Coordinate HVAC and Plumbing permits through city jurisdictions, ensuring timely inspections by liaising between customers and municipal offices.
- Oversee the rebate process for HVAC installations, ensuring customers receive applicable incentives and all necessary documentation is submitted.
- Support the team by handling overflow inbound calls to maintain excellent customer service an operational efficiency.

What you bring:
- Call Center or Customer Support (1+ Year Required)
- Industry Knowledge and Service Titan experience (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
- Must pass background check and drug screening
