Busy plumbing & HVAC company in North Lakeway is looking for an amazing Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to detail, and have excellent customer service telephone skills. Customer service is king.
Job Requirements:
- Communicate effectively with customers by email and phone.
- Proficiency in basic computer programs and internet use.
- Booking calls, dispatching and assisting techs with customer information.
- Filing and office clerical responsibilities.
Hours will be full time, after training we offer a 4 day work week.
Must have reliable transportation, a great attitude and willingness to learn.
