Day-to-Day as a Customer Service Representative As a Full-Time Customer Service Representative at PMG Holding LLC, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive exceptional products and service. Your day will begin with opening the store, preparing your register, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to greet customers promptly. Throughout the day, you will answer inquiries, complete transactions, and process orders with the help of your team, all while maintaining company processes to ensure accuracy. When not directly engaging with customers, you'll utilize your computer proficiency to manage POs, email communications, and fulfill orders, showcasing your multitasking ability. A minimum of 1-3 years of retail/merchandise experience is preferred, along with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. You should have excellent organizational skills, time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities, and an eagerness to learn, grow, and succeed. The ability to work Saturdays during peak season and lift up to 50 lbs is required.
