BRIEF OUTLINE OF SPECIFIC ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The position will provide phone support at the maintenance customer service desk, receiving phone calls, creating work orders, and routing them to the appropriate personnel.
Additionally, providing support to the maintenance Crib to: - contact vendors for quotes and updates.
- help to track status of material deliveries.
- order fuel for the tank farm
- track past due orders.
- other administrative tasks requested by Facility Managers.
The job involves telephone calls, computer work, and communicating with personnel. Person must be able to work independently and be self-motivated.
