Primary Talent Partners has a 12 month contract opening for a Customer Service Representative to join a multinational airline company for a hybrid position operating out of Atlanta, GA. Pay: $18.79/hr
Contract: 12 months, extensions likely, conversion possible
Type: W-2, cannot support C2C or provide visa sponsorship.
Hybrid: 2 days in the office and 3 days at home after completion of the the 6-week training class. The hybrid schedule will be either Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday.
Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. We need an outgoing individual to answer telephone call inquiries and promote our organization's product and services. You will be responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications: - High School Diploma Required
- 8+ years of relevant CSR Experience
