Must Haves:

  • 3+ years of inbound call center experience
  • 1+ year of remote work experience, preferably in a finance/banking/payments environment
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment - OK with making on average 40+ calls each day
  • Needs to be tech savvy: experience working with technology, computers, etc.
  • A great communicator - both written and verbal
  • Must have good internet connection because remote position

Plusses:

  • Experience working at a startup (fast paced, changing environment)
  • Experience with any customer service software (such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, TalkDesk, Salesforce, etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Primary work will come from inbound calls, outbound calls, and email support requests
  • Assist with customer support such as answering customer emails, customer phone calls, processing payment records, provide customer account coordination
  • Work collaboratively with team members and our provider network to maintain an excellent model focused on patient care and high quality service
  • Become an expert with our software solutions, including Salesforce.
