Must Haves:
3+ years of inbound call center experience
1+ year of remote work experience, preferably in a finance/banking/payments environment
Experience working in a fast-paced environment - OK with making on average 40+ calls each day
Needs to be tech savvy: experience working with technology, computers, etc.
A great communicator - both written and verbal
Must have good internet connection because remote position
Plusses:
Experience working at a startup (fast paced, changing environment)
Experience with any customer service software (such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, TalkDesk, Salesforce, etc.)
Responsibilities:
Primary work will come from inbound calls, outbound calls, and email support requests
Assist with customer support such as answering customer emails, customer phone calls, processing payment records, provide customer account coordination
Work collaboratively with team members and our provider network to maintain an excellent model focused on patient care and high quality service
Become an expert with our software solutions, including Salesforce.
