We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-tier service and support across various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer issues, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software.

Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments.

Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution.

Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures.

Assist with special projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
