Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer phone calls and emails
- Set up profiles for new customers
- Maintain all customer files and make updates to customer files
- Process customer orders via phone and email
- Provide customers with pricing information, product availability, and shipping information
Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service experience in an office setting
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Attention to detail
- Organizational and time management skills
