We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team and contribute to the success of our retail stores. In this vital role, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, provide expert answers about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend appropriate solutions. Your primary objective will be to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and effectively address any concerns that may arise.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will stay informed about product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of our merchandise. You will play a critical role in achieving exceptional customer service while consistently meeting store sales targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering top-notch customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Assisting customers in-store and over the phone by identifying their needs and presenting suitable products and services.
- Building strong relationships of trust with both wholesale and retail customers.
- Accurately processing sales transactions in line with company policies and procedures.
- Setting and achieving sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Maintaining organized work order files and formulas.
- Retrieving products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
- Tinting and mixing products to meet customer specifications.
- Stocking shelves and creating engaging displays.
- Cleaning store equipment and maintaining a safe and presentable environment.
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks and assisting with deliveries as needed.
- Keeping assigned areas in-stock and visually appealing.
- Staying knowledgeable about product offerings and available options.
- Following inventory control procedures and suggesting improvements for sales.
