Position Overview: The Client Service Representative plays a key role in maintaining client satisfaction and retention. This individual will manage ongoing relationships with existing clients, provide top-tier customer service, and support the daily operations of the agency. This role does not involve sales or new business generation but instead focuses on nurturing client relationships, supporting their insurance needs, and handling various administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: Client Service & Support:
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels professionally and promptly
Provide information and support related to insurance policies, answering questions and fulfilling service requests
Client Retention:
Build and maintain positive, ongoing relationships with clients
Proactively engage clients to ensure satisfaction and assist with changing insurance needs
Payment Assistance:
Administrative Support:
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, filing, and maintaining organized client files
Coordinate the daily operational needs of the agency to ensure smooth workflow
Personalized Client Engagement:
Insurance Knowledge & Licensing:
Maintain a working understanding of auto and home insurance products
If not already licensed, complete the Property and Casualty (PNC) certification within the first 60 days (company covers cost)
Participate in continuing education to maintain licensing (expenses covered by the agency)
Qualifications: Required:
Active PNC license or willingness to obtain it within 60 days of employment
Familiarity with auto and home insurance products
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization and time management
A service-oriented mindset focused on long-term client relationship building
