Our growing business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem.
The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of Lindsay Windows policies and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers. The qualified candidate will have previous reception or customer service experience, love a challenge and have a strong desire to make a difference.
Primary responsibilities: - Build a strong rapport with customers: base of pleasant, courteous, truthful interactions
- Screens and routes telephone calls and responds to inquiries from the public, vendors, contractors by referring calls to appropriate personnel
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer
- Input orders and quotes with 100% accuracy
- Greeting visitors, applicants, vendors, etc. and directing them appropriately
- Maintaining office area, ensuring area is tidy and well-stocked
- Organizing files for billing, customer and client records, etc.
- Work with the sales team to stay updated on product knowledge
- Impact the company's bottom line by problem solving
- Cross train on multiple office functions
- Other duties as assigned
Ideal skills and qualifications for this position: - Ability to multi-task, yet focus on specific projects, meeting established deadlines
- Working computer knowledge, including Windows operating system and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to operate a variety of standard office equipment including fax machine, scanner, copier, computer, telephone, scale, and communication equipment
- Building or Construction experience helpful
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
Must be willing and able to work from our office in Apple Valley daily.
