As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage with wholesale and retail customers, helping them identify their needs and providing tailored recommendations for Sherwin-Williams products. Your role will also involve resolving any customer concerns swiftly, ensuring their utmost satisfaction.
Your contributions will help us achieve our sales goals while maintaining the high standards of product quality and presentation. You will work at Store , located at 1624 South Duff, Ames, IA 50010, in a part-time capacity.
In this position, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with both wholesale and retail customers.
- Assist customers in person and over the phone, understanding their needs and guiding them to appropriate products and services.
- Process sales transactions accurately and adhere to company policies.
- Achieve sales goals consistently on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment.
- Stay knowledgeable about our product offerings to effectively assist customers.
- Follow inventory procedures and help improve sales strategies.
Minimum Requirements: - At least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Legal authorization to work in the country without sponsorship.
- A valid and unrestricted Driver's License.
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs., and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- One (1) year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
- Familiarity with paint products and equipment.
- Ability to communicate in more than one language, especially Spanish.
