Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a
contract-to-hire opportunity offering long-term potential for the right candidate. As a third-party recruitment partner, we are managing the hiring process on behalf of the client, whose name will remain confidential during the initial stages.
Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Process orders, returns, and shipment tracking requests
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support administrative tasks related to customer accounts
Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a logistics or warehouse setting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Position Details: - Schedule: Monday through Friday, standard business hours
- Pay Rate: $17-$18 per hour, based on experience
- Type: Contract-to-hire with potential for permanent placement
- Work Environment: Office-based, with potential exposure to warehouse operations
