As a Customer Service Representative, you will be expected to manage customer inquiries, coordinate with the administration team and service department, and ensure customer satisfaction.

This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.

- Coordinate with the administration team to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Collaborate with the service department to facilitate customer requests.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, maintaining detail oriented and patience.

- Use Microsoft Excel and Word to manage customer data.

- Keep detailed and accurate customer records.

- Manage email correspondence with customers, responding in a timely and detail oriented manner.

- Process order entries promptly and accurately.

- Schedule appointments according to customer needs and company availability.

- Uphold the company's reputation for excellent customer service by ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently.
Proficiency in handling inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service - Experience working in a call center environment - Strong data entry skills with attention to detail - Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and effectively -
