Your Role:
  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls with efficiency and grace.
  • Access and manage cardholder accounts, providing essential information about payments and benefits.
  • Assist customers with transaction inquiries and account status updates.
  • Practice active listening to understand customer needs and deliver clear, accurate information.
  • Efficiently process transactions through web-based applications and handle research requests diligently.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of our company's programs, policies, and technologies.
  • Communicate empathetically while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Support team operations during high-demand periods to sustain exceptional service delivery.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age.
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in Customer Service or Call Center roles.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting.
