Customer Service Representative - Onsite in San Antonio, TX

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Access cardholder accounts to provide information regarding payments and benefits distributed by government agencies.
  • Assist cardholders with inquiries related to transactions and account statuses.
  • Listen to customers to understand their needs and provide clear, accurate information.
  • Process transactions quickly using web-based applications and handle research requests meticulously.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology.
  • Communicate warmly and empathetically while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Support team operations during busy periods or absences to ensure seamless service.
Your Qualifications:
  • A clear and effective communicator, able to explain complex information simply.
  • A dedicated professional with strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer service enthusiast skilled in navigating multiple screens and applications.
  • Ready to commit to full attendance during our essential paid training period lasting three to five weeks.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch roles.
  • Completion of a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting.
