Customer Service Representative - Full Time Location: Albuquerque, NM
Pay: $17-$20 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday between 7 AM - 6 PM Rotating On-Call Saturdays

What You'll Do: - Answer incoming calls and convert them into booked service appointments
- Make outbound calls to schedule or confirm appointments and follow up with customers
- Provide excellent support to customers over the phone, staying calm and helpful under pressure
- Accurately enter data into our customer system
- Collaborate with technicians and other departments to ensure smooth scheduling
- Follow up on completed jobs to ensure customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and stay up to date on company services
What We're Looking For: - Strong communication skills (phone, verbal, and written)
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, data entry)
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced setting
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred
- Sales experience is a plus
