Schedule and Shift:
- Training: Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PT or 11:00 am to 8:00 pm ET - For four weeks
- Schedules will be determined during training
- Must be available to work every day between 7:00 am - 12:00 am ET, including weekends
- Will have 2 days off.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries using standard processes and scripts, including non-routine questions.
- Resolve customer issues and refer complex cases to higher-level support.
- Stay knowledgeable about company products and services to address customer needs effectively.
- Suggest alternative products or services when appropriate.
- Research contract-related issues to support internal departments, such as Claims or Recruitment.
- Perform tasks with basic problem-solving skills.
- Assess customer needs (75%).
- Handle customer interactions (100%).
- Navigate and use the computer system effectively (100%).
- Complete customer registrations (25%).
Qualification:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Active listening skills to understand and resolve customer concerns.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 0-2 years of general office or customer service experience.
- Proficient in using computer systems and equipment.
- Ability to systematically gather necessary information to make informed decisions.
- Demonstrate respect and professionalism, even in challenging situations.
- Actively collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
- Consistently meet deadlines and job expectations.
- Show curiosity by seeking new information and asking relevant questions.
