Customer Service Representative Location: Albany, NY Company: TSS Associates, Inc. Job Type: Full-time In-Person

TSS Associates, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you have a passion for providing excellent customer support and experience in the HVAC industry or related fields, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls and respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner.

Provide pricing and availability information for parts from manufacturers we represent.

Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and technical support as needed.

Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred).

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and issue resolution.

Qualifications & Skills:

2+ years of customer service experience preferred.

CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) to manage customer interactions.

HVAC technical knowledge is a plus, but not required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.

Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
