Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers, addressing inquiries, and assisting with billing-related questions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely communication of patient information.
  • Navigate electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare systems efficiently.
  • Assist customers in understanding insurance coverage and processing claims.
  • Resolve customer concerns and issues, ensuring a positive patient experience.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and basic understanding of healthcare processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and healthcare software.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's Degree or higher is a plus).
  • Experience in medical billing or healthcare administration is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
  • Positive and empathetic attitude towards patients.
