Customer Service Representative GENERAL JOB OVERVIEWJoin our Customer Service Representative team as we continue to grow our call center. As a team member you will be providing inbound and outbound support to caregivers.
WORK ENVIRONMENT - Hybrid - onsite for initial training and then work from home.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Scheduling of medical services
- Gathering of prior service results via document upload
- Rescheduling of no-show visits
- Communication and scheduling regarding need for follow up services
- Proactive outreach for upcoming compliance due date reminders which should be automated
- Facilitation of self service workflow process for personal assistants
QUALIFICATIONS - Great communication skills both verbal and written
- Ged/HS Diploma (Required)
- Customer Service Experience
- Customer Service Skills - over the phone
- Ability to work independently to solve problems and gain/share knowledge.
- Good note taking and documentation skills.
- High level of patience and understanding with a willingness to help customers.
- Willingness to learn.
