PrideStaff is urgently searching for Customer Service Representatives for our growing Call Center client located in Akron. This is a
Hybrid/In-Office for the first 3 weeks and
Remote opportunity after completion of training and offers a very flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities: - Scheduling of medical services
- Gathering of prior service results via document upload
- Rescheduling of no-show visits
- Communication and scheduling regarding need for follow up services
- Proactive outreach for upcoming compliance due date reminders which should be automated
- Facilitation of self service workflow process for personal assistants
Key Requirements: - Great communication skills both verbal and written
- Ged/HS Diploma (Required)
- Customer Service Skills - over the phone
- Ability to work independently to solve problems and gain/share knowledge.
- Good note taking and documentation skills.
- High level of patience and understanding with a willingness to help customers.
- Willingness to learn.
