Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative III plays a key role in supporting our rental and order fulfillment processes by managing customer interactions, tracking inventory, and coordinating services across multiple sites. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments and may occasionally assist with inspections or equipment handling.
Key Responsibilities: - Respond to and manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and urgency.
- Coordinate and manage equipment orders, rentals, returns, and deliveries using the Rental Results system.
- Track inventory levels, schedule technicians, and ensure timely service execution.
- Support accurate contract updates, billing, and documentation in compliance with internal standards.
- Collaborate with branch staff and technicians to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any service or equipment issues.
- Assist with report generation and data collection for internal use.
- Occasionally access the warehouse to inspect equipment or verify order status; forklift use may be required.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service, order management, or rental coordination experience.
- Forklift experience is preferred or willingness to be certified.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using ERP or rental management systems (e.g., Rental Results).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid office/warehouse environment with proper PPE usage.
