What you'll do at IP Corporation as a CSR II:

Customer Service Representatives work to satisfy customer needs and build strong-working relationships with both external customers and internal teams. You will be providing immediate and high touch customer service care including but not limited to interacting with customers as well as maintaining customer accounts, receiving, entering and monitoring sales orders, and preparing all documentation necessary for shipments in the U.S. Throughout all of these interactions, Customer Service Representatives maintain a high level of professionalism and present the organization in the best light possible.

What you can expect to do in this role as a CSR II:
  • Act as the primary liaison with Interplastic buyers
  • Receive, prepare and enter inbound purchase orders and changes with accuracy
  • Communicate daily with plant partners to manage the order flow process
  • Confirm and communicate product availability and delivery logistics to customers
  • Administer invoicing, reviewing for accuracy in pricing, product and amount
  • Solve complex problems in a timely manner
  • Manage and process product returns, credits, claims.
  • Support sales representatives by providing logistical guidance and delivery solutions
  • Respond to customer requests for pricing, product, certifications and technical documentation
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
What we are looking for in a CSR II:
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2+ years of Customer Service experience in the Manufacturing field
  • High level of Customer Service acumen and business acumen
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Must be highly organized
  • Intermediate with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of CRM, Salesforce preferred
  • Experience with Oracle, or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP
  • Able to multitask and prioritize
  • Able to work in a team and independently

The below annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include but are not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
