Position Summary: Nalu Federal is hiring a skilled
Customer Services Representative II to provide administrative support, base access vetting, and commercial vehicle liaison services at MCB Camp Lejeune and MCAS New River. This individual will be a key front-line representative assisting visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel with obtaining base access credentials and navigating vehicle escort procedures.
Key Responsibilities: - Process and verify base access applications for visitors, contractors, and commercial drivers.
- Issue temporary passes, validate identification, and maintain accountability logs.
- Enter and update records in CLEOC and DBIDS databases.
- Operate workstations at designated control points (Visitor Centers, CV lanes, and Escort Lots).
- Greet customers, review documentation for accuracy, and assist with scheduling.
- Report fraudulent, expired, or suspicious documents to the COR immediately.
- Assist in staging and directing commercial vehicles, coordinating with PMO and escorts.
- Ensure proper data entry in daily status logbooks and submit at end of shift.
Required Qualifications: - 1-2 years of customer service or administrative experience, preferably in a military or government environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems.
- Ability to work in high-volume, face-to-face service environments.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and interpersonal communication skills.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a NACI clearance.
