Strong critical thinking skills, creative problem solving, detail oriented, adaptability.
Candidate must be onsite at Springfield 2 locations, 2 days a week in office minimum. Wednesday onsite is required, 2nd day can be chosen by contractor.

    Once candidate is hired, please see the below.

    Training: M-F, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM, and this will last for the first 4 weeks on assignment. There is no expectation of flexibility for hybrid during training in general, though the trainer may choose to have the class work from home once or twice during that period to test system access, but that is at the trainer's discretion and would be a set day for the whole class.

    On the schedule after training:

    • Contractor's shift will be 11:00am -8:00PM.

    • Contractor will either work Sunday-Thurs or Tues-Sat.
    For future offers we will just alternate the schedules between contractors.

    • Wednesday plus at least one other day must be worked in office.

    • One week per quarter everyone is required to work from the office 100%

    • There is not currently a possibility for an earlier shift for the contract roles but would be a potential option for anyone who ended up being converted to FTE later.

  • Tell us about your team : This is a small but continuously growing team passionate about maintaining Client's compliance to US and international sanctions regulations. We are a team with various strengths that work closely with other teams and departments as well as with customers and external partners. We want individuals who are excited to work in a constantly evolving field that has a direct impact on the business. We operate in a risk based environment and the individuals filling this role will be vital in helping us handle that risk. We are Client's first line of defense against these types of risk. As sanctions support you will examine potential matches against various regulatory sanctions lists preventing reputational damage or fines. You will also help resolve potential issues between regulatory requirements and customer impacts. This team is highly dynamic and values the individual contributions and difference each person brings to the team.
