Your Role:

As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll be the vital link between our company and our valued customers. You'll handle a variety of tasks, from answering inquiries and scheduling services to managing invoices and resolving customer concerns. This role requires a blend of excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Champion: Be the first point of contact, answering calls and emails promptly and professionally.

Problem Solver: Efficiently address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.

Organizational Maestro: Manage and retain customer accounts, schedule services, and dispatch jobs using our CRM system.

Financial Guru: Generate invoices, process payments, and assist with accounts receivable tasks.

Documentation Whiz: Maintain accurate records, manage files, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.

Team Player: Collaborate with sales and operations teams to achieve monthly goals.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED.

• Proven customer service experience.

• Experience with invoicing and basic accounting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

• Reliable transportation.

• Experience in the environmental field is a plus.
