Responsibilities:
- Work in a fast-paced and high call volume office setting
- Resolve customer inquiries: billing issues, product, and service contract concern
- Update and maintain customer records
- TIN (Tax ID Number) match research and follow up with customers and sales partners.
- Monthly statement sample data review and oversee statement printings
Qualification:
- Basic computer knowledge and skills required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong dedication to customer service
- Exceptional follow through and attention to detail
- Korean/English Bilingual is a big plus
