Customer Service Representative (Multiple position) 3434 Altamoore Road, Dallas, TX 75241 - Hybrid role 6+ month contract with high potential for extension Pay range: $15-20/hr
Must Have:
SAP and B2B Experience
Order Management experience - Processing and shipping electronic and manual orders

Responsibilities - Receiving and placing telephone calls.
- Performing data entry.
- Maintaining customer relationships.
- Processing and shipping electronic and manual orders for major retailers.
- Serving as customer advocates to retailers.
- Corresponding regularly with Field Force, NYO personnel, Brand Ops, MSL, Manufacturing, I&C, PIM, and Physical Logistics.
Qualifications - College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Customer Service.
- Proficient skills in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Flexible work hours.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
